There are a number of reasons why the WiFi connection is disconnecting here are the most common: Interference from other devices operating within the 2.4GHz or 5GHz band.

As phones, computers, and other devices improve they demand more from your Wi-Fi router, some older router (less than a few years old) don’t work as well when supporting multiple devices so a new router may fix the issue contact your provider for options.
If you have an up to date router but still having trouble with connection or drops a booster can help strengthen the signal, make sure to position the booster halfway from the router to the speaker for best coverage and connection.
