What to do if the firmware update doesn't work

What to do if the firmware update doesn't download through the app ?

If there is an update available within the Lithe Audio app, the following (orange refresh) icon will appear (as shown in the image below). 


Once selected, if the update doesn't take effect then you will need to do the following:

  1. Power off the speaker from the mains for a minute and leave it. 
  2. Power back up and reset the speaker, this can be done by pressing and holding the reset button on the face of the speaker. Hold for 10 seconds and once complete you then need to set up the speaker as new, going through the original setup process.   


When completed, go back into the Lithe Audio app, retry the update process then it should work.
