Issue: Subwoofer not producing enough bass. This will be due to the speaker trim settings and audio settings within the SoundSend APP.
At Lithe Audio, we have tested this, and the following settings were found to be the best audio output. If the user follows these settings, this will greatly affect the subwoofer output.
Solution:
Settings for any WiSA-enabled subwoofer and Lithe Audio Pro speaker setup.
Within the Wisa SoundSend setup, follow the trim settings below. As shown, it is for a 7.1 system, but if you have a 5.1 system (sur not visible)
Important Note: Make sure the trim values are the same, e.g. Front L & R are -9; otherwise, as shown below, the volume will not be the same. -9 / -10
Make Sure Front L / R, Sur L / R and Rear L / R are the same values within the pair, and the centre trim adjustment is balanced to the system, e.g. -10.

Audio Source can be either Optical or HDMI Arc; please check how you have connected the Soundsend to your source
The Audio settings can be tweaked according to your room or acoustic taste. Leave sub on 6, and changing the others is fine till you are happy with the performance.
