My speaker has power but wont connect to my device?

We suggest a reset of the speaker in order to clear all data and set up the speaker as if it was new.

This can be done by pressing and holding the reset button on the face of the speaker (next to the LED) for 10 seconds or until the LED starts to flash red. At the same time forget the speaker from your device, after resetting the speaker's LED will start to flash blue, reconnect and that should then resolve the issue.

If that doesn't work you can try a power reset. This can be done by turning off the speaker from the mains power for a minute, after a minute power the speaker back up and reset it again via the reset button. This should then resolve the issue.
