My rock speaker has stopped working

If for any reason your rock speaker has stopped working this may be due to the power supply. 

1. Disconnect the power supply from the socket. 
2. Make sure the power cable doesn't have any exposed cable or splits. 
3. Check to see if power is present to the outside socket. (Try another appliance to check)
4. If there is power to the socket reconnect to rock, make sure the power connector is firmly seated and tight.

If the above has been done correctly and the speaker is still not showing within the Bluetooth settings page, the power supply may be faulty.

Note: We recommend that the transformer is placed undercover or placed on the wall (min 300mm off the ground) as the transformer brick has a connection for wall mounting.
