My device won't connect to WiFi speaker?

Check the power to the speaker is turned on. The standby light should flash red or show solid green. If it does not, check the power connection and try again.

Go to Settings > Wi-Fi and make sure your phone or tablet is connected to the same network used during speaker setup. If Wi-Fi is off, turn it on. Toggle Wi-Fi off and on again to refresh the connection.

Before contacting support, please check:

  • The speaker has power and the status light is showing.
  • Your phone or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the speaker.
  • The router is working and other devices can connect to the internet.
  • The speaker is close enough to the router or access point to receive a strong Wi-Fi signal.
  • The speaker has been power-cycled by turning it off for 30 seconds and then back on.
  • Your phone or tablet has been restarted.
  • If the speaker has not been used for a while, restart the router and then power-cycle the speaker.

If you still need help, please send support:

  • The speaker model.
  • The colour and behaviour of the status light.
  • Your router make/model, if known.
  • A short description of where setup fails or what error message appears.
  • Whether the issue started after a router, broadband, password, or app change.

Try restarting your router every so often, as this can help with slow or unreliable wireless connections. If the speaker has not been used for a week or more, the router may have reassigned network details, which can cause connection issues.
