How to Set Up the App, Connect, and Pair BT8 via Bluetooth

Connecting your smartphone, tablet, or laptop to your BT8 speaker is quick and simple, typically taking less than two minutes.


Step 1 – Power On the Speaker

Ensure your BT8 speaker is:

  • Connected to the supplied power supply
  • Properly installed
  • Switched on at the mains power source

Step 2 – Check the Bluetooth Indicator

Look through the speaker grille mesh to locate the internal LED indicator.

When the speaker is ready to pair:

  • The LED will flash:

Blue

This indicates the speaker is in Bluetooth pairing mode and ready to connect.


Step 3 – Enable Bluetooth on Your Device

On your smartphone, tablet, or laptop:

  1. Open:

    Settings > Bluetooth

  2. Turn Bluetooth:

    On


Step 4 – Connect to the Speaker

From the list of available Bluetooth devices:

  1. Select:

    Lithe Audio BT8

  2. Wait for the connection to complete.

Once connected successfully:

  • The flashing blue LED will become:

Solid Blue

confirming the Bluetooth connection is active.


Step 5 – Install the BT Setup App

To unlock additional speaker settings and configuration options:

Option 1 – Scan the QR Code

Use your smartphone camera to scan the QR code included in the product manual.

Option 2 – Download Manually

Search for:

Lithe Audio BT Setup App

on:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store

What Can the App Do?

Using the BT Setup App, you can:

  • Rename your speaker
    (Example: Kitchen, Living Room, Bedroom)
  • Create a secure PIN password
  • Adjust speaker modes
  • Configure EQ settings
  • Manage wireless grouping features
