How to check my speakers Ping connection

How to check my speakers Network connection

In order to see the speaker responding to the network and sending the correct data, you can check the speaker's Ping response.

First, the IP address of the speaker needs to be identified, which can be found within the Lithe APP under speaker settings.

Once located the IP address needs to be pinged to find out if it is responding and if there is a drop between the connection. This will need to be done through a PC's command prompt.

1. On the PC windows search command prompt
2. Run the command ping 192.168.1.***
3. as shown will show if the speaker has lost data packets and will show if there are any issues with communication.

If there are no drops the issue may be down to the network as the data being sent from the speaker is correct.
