How to change the Pin on a Lithe Audio Bluetooth 5.0 speaker



Please Download the BT Lithe Audio App

NOTE: This update only works on new version Bluetooth 5.0 speakers from March 2020 onwards. (If in doubt please contact us)


1. Open the Lithe Audio BT 5 setup app, it will search for the speaker. Just search Lithe Audio BT5 in the APP store to find the APP. 


2. Select the speaker (Lithe Audio BT2)




3. Setup an Admin pin, this means only you can change the settings of the speaker. Please note if you forget the pin you would need to reset the speaker (see how in the BT manual) 




4. Confirm Admin pin, as shown take a screenshot of the pin. Press DONE.

 

5. Select RENAME OR CHANGE PIN.

 

6. Enter admin pin, this will be the pin you used to set up the APP. 

 

7. Turn the pin code to ON. 

 

8. Enter your new pin. 

 

9. Select UPDATE SPEAKER NOW

 

10. 1.      Click DONE, it will show this page for the new pin. Your speaker is all set up.

 

Please note: if you forget your pin/ admin pin you will need to reset the speaker. You can find out how to reset the speaker within the speaker manual.
