Our Bluetooth speaker has the ability to change the dB level by a firmware update done in house, at the time of order placement only. (This is not the same chipset used for changing the name and pin number)
Hotels have 3 levels of category rating
Category 1 rooms are the quietest, allowing noise levels of up to 43 decibels.
Category 2 rooms allowing noise levels of up to 48 decibels
Category 3 rooms allowing noise levels of up to 54 decibels
A typical conversation is 60dB as a guide
Our speaker has a volume limiter as standard which reduces volume dB from peak 120dB to approx 80dB as standard. (This can vary according to music played)
