Before contacting support about Bluetooth audio or pairing, please check:

  • The speaker has power.
  • Your phone, tablet, or audio source has Bluetooth turned on.
  • The speaker is selected as the active Bluetooth audio device.
  • The volume is turned up on both the speaker/source device and the music app.
  • The source device is close to the speaker during pairing.
  • Other previously paired devices nearby are disconnected or have Bluetooth turned off while testing.
  • The speaker has been power-cycled by turning it off for 30 seconds and then back on.

If there is still no audio, please send support:

  • The speaker model.
  • The device you are trying to connect from.
  • Whether the speaker appears in the Bluetooth list.
  • Whether pairing completes successfully.
  • Whether audio is silent, distorted, intermittent, or only missing from one source.
